Filing a takedown notice

To file a notice, send a written communication to our designated agent that includes: (1) your signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the URL(s) of the material you want removed; (4) your contact details; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice & repeat infringers

If material you posted was removed, you may submit a counter-notice. We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are repeat infringers.
